Project Management:

By carefully following the steps outlined in the pre-construction process we now have a complete set of construction documents that specify exactly what and how your new home is to be built and are ready to begin construction! This is where the education and background of the principles of Image Homes Corporation are of great value. Our education and experience in construction project management are put to good use as we begin the construction process

We believe it is the role of the General Contractor to be the owner’s advocate during all phases of construction. We have developed a complete set of tools that enable us to manage and communicate all necessary information to ensure that your home is built quickly and economically according to the plans and specifications. Some of these tools include:

Online system information management for

• Accurate Scheduling created in Microsoft project can be viewed in any easy to read calendar format so you can always be informed of the status of the project as well as what needs to be done next.
  
• Tracking project communications - All project
  e-mails are stored in one location and are organized by topic
  
• Processing request for information - Track and number Requests-For-Information to keep the project on schedule
  
• Daily log entries
  
• Posting and maintaining project photos and documents - Digital images and all contract documents are easily accessible

 Financial Accountability

 As we begin construction we will issue written purchase orders, work orders and subcontractor agreements. These documents will include the final specifications and will help lock in the costs. We make sure each subcontractor has the required insurance coverage.  

We will prepare monthly draw requests and will do thorough review of each invoice to make sure it matches the purchase orders and subcontractor agreements and that the appropriate amount has been invoiced for based on actual work completed. We will also provide you with monthly job cost reports which ensure that the project stays on track with the budget.

Warranty

Image Homes is a part of the ProHome Colorado homebuilder’s warranty system. ProHome provides a complete warranty management and callback system that provides a comprehensive and professional approach to all customer service and warranty related issues. We are able to provide a full time professional staff, builder’s limited warranty, new home orientation, warranty term walkthroughs, subcontractor assignment tracking, comprehensive reporting system, 24 hour emergency service, homeowner’s service guide
